Due to the nature of wax products (and the fact that we can’t resell your previously melted feelings), we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, don’t panic — just send a message with clear photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “wicked little meltdown.”

Every candle, melt, and Spark is hand-poured in small batches. Variations in color, texture, or scent throw are totally normal — that’s the charm of handcrafted goods, not a factory defect.
